Terms
How I handle your data, this website and the small print of working together — written to be read.
Using this website
This website is run by Saga Holm Photography, Nørrebro, Copenhagen, Denmark. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Images are shown with my clients’ permission.
Working together
Every commission starts with a written quote that sets out the shoot days, usage and fee. Dates are confirmed once the quote is signed and the deposit is paid.
Intellectual property
You license the images for the usage agreed in the quote. I keep the copyright and the right to show the work in my portfolio and journal unless we agree otherwise.
Privacy
I only collect what I need to reply to you and to run my commissions. I never sell your data. You can ask me to see, correct or delete your details at any time by writing to hello@sagaholm.com.
Cookies
I use a small number of cookies to keep this website working and to count visits anonymously. No advertising cookies, and no browsing data shared with third parties.
